The Action Plan is a document that outlines the activities related to the implementation of the University’s Strategic Plan. It specifies the responsible and relevant units for each activity, as well as their start and end dates. The results of the Action Plan serve as the basis for monitoring and evaluation.
The Rector holds the primary responsibility for monitoring and evaluation. The responsibility for the Strategic Plan Monitoring and Evaluation processes lies with the Quality Commission, while the coordination of these processes is carried out in cooperation with the Office of Institutional Development and Planning and the Department of Strategy Development.
