The ESTU Office of Institutional Development and Planning was established to support the Rector in processes related to the University’s institutional structuring, performance management, and monitoring of development, in line with the University’s vision, mission, core values, and policies.
The principles and procedures regarding its establishment, governance and organizational structure, working methods, duties, and areas of activity are regulated by the “Directive of Eskişehir Technical University Office of Institutional Development and Planning.”
